Regular Domestic Shipping

We offer free economy shipping for all orders within the continental US. Economy shipping generally takes 7 business days, though in certain circumstances the shipping time is faster or slower. Orders will ship within one to two business days from the time the payment for an order clears.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot change a shipping address once an order is placed. Orders exceeding $250 may require a signature for delivery.

Expedited Domestic Shipping

Expedited orders placed on a business day prior to 12 pm CST will ship within one business day of payment clearing. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at this time. A residential or business address is required for all expedited shipments. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

International Shipping

All international shipments are subject to possible taxes, duties, and VATs. 5 Star Best Buys is not responsible for calculating or for paying these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office will be able to calculate these charges for you. A tracking number will be provided to you through eBay. Items received "Not as Described" Please notify us within three business days of purchase if there is a problem with your order. Please inspect all packages carefully as soon as they are delivered.
